SMITHS MTN CURS
I haven't been involved with Mtn. Curs as long as alot of you, but I am a true believer in these dogs and love to hunt with them.  Not so long ago I was at a friends and saw his Mtn. Cur and asked him what that was.  He told me all about them, what a great family dog Mtn. Curs were, what good temperment, were easily handled and could even do tricks!  We went over to his dog and he told it to bark once and he did, then he told it to bark 3 times and he did.  Then he asked his Mtn. Cur if he had seen any squirrels today and the dog ran over to the window and got under the blind to looked up a tree.  So next, we went hunting and I saw for myself just how good of a handle a Mtn. Cur could have, that it did tree good, could be called  off the tree even, so I just went and bought a brother to that dog.  I was hooked!

Here are some photos of my first year, second and third years of hunting.  You can see from the picture on the home page my dogs and I just keep getting better and better!  Hope you enjoy some of my photos I wanted to share with you!
